Settings in export/import operations

When exporting or importing, you can set things like character set and row count from the menu below.

If you run into Turkish character issues, you can open the record with an application that can read Unicode (e.g. notepad++), or if you import the file via “Data->From Text” in Excel, you can see that the Turkish characters come through correctly.
