Some essential Delphi String codes

Delphi String Operations FillChar ( str, count, character ) : The string given by the str parameter is filled with the character repeated count times.

StringOfChar ( character, count ) : This function also creates a string consisting of the character repeated count times.

ReverseString ( string ) : Reverses the given string. To use this function, we need to add strutils to the uses line.

Delete ( str, start, count) : Deletes count characters from the str string starting at the character specified by the start parameter.

Insert ( str1, str2, start ) : Inserts the str1 string into the str2 string at the position specified by start.

Pos ( str1, str2) : Searches for the str1 string within the str2 string. If it finds it, it returns the position it found; if not, it returns 0.

Uppercase ( string ) : Converts the letters in the given string expression to uppercase.

Lowercase ( string ) : Converts the letters in the given string expression to lowercase.

Length ( str ) : Returns the length of the str string.

Copy ( str, start, count ) : Returns count characters from the str string starting at the character specified by the start parameter.
