S\u00fcre\u00e7 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 sayesinde ITIL m\u00fc\u015fteri, tedarik\u00e7i, BT b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ve kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ileti\u015fim kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcnk\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u0130ngiltere ve Hollanda da h\u0131zl\u0131 uyumu ile, \u015fimdi ITIL d\u00fcnya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan ve tan\u0131nan bir i\u015f standard\u0131 haline gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>ITIL Servis y\u00f6netimi kavramlar\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131mlayan, sa\u011flanan servisleri en iyi \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in rehberlik eden ve kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131na servis sa\u011flama s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini detayland\u0131ran kitaplardan olu\u015fur. ITIL bir anahtar teslim \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm de\u011fildir buna kar\u015f\u0131n ITIL&#8217;\u0131 benimseyerek servis y\u00f6netiminde ortak terminolojiyi kullanabilir ve organizasyonel s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinizi tecr\u00fcbe edilmi\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7 \u00f6rnekleri ile profesyonelle\u015ftirebilirsiniz.
