Error 0x00000709: Default printer cannot be changed error

To fix the problem;

-Type regedit in Start/Run or the Search box and open the registry.

-Find the HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionWindows folder

-Right-click this folder and go to the Permissions option

-Using the “Add” button, add the “Administrator” and “System” users to the list under Permissions, and give both “Full control”.
